I will talk about rugby kicks, there are two tipes of rugby kicks, you can use the kick to score points or in a tactical situation. To score points whit a kick the ball have to pass between the opposite posts; you can use the drop kick wich consist that the ball must bote in the field and inmediatlly you kick throught the posts for 3 points. The penalty kick is when you have a penalty you can take the option to kick to posts, that you have to do it leaving a tee un the field and the ball up the tee and then you kick for 3 points. And when you make a try you have to do a convertion to posts in the same way than a penalty but for only 2 pionts.
