1)Placement of the ball
- Use the seams as a sight for the target
- Line them up where you want to aim
- For your left foot, lean the ball forward and to the left
2)The approach to the ball
- Take 4 steps back and 5 steps to the side
- Approach the ball at a 45º angle
- Keep your chest pointing towards the ball
3) Making contact with the ball
- Use the knucle of the foot above the big toe
- Strike the ball just inside the seams,1/3 way up
- Follow throught to the top of the target with your leg, shitting your body along the same line
